Barry Crewther CFP from The Money Managers' Horsham office, was
awarded membership of exclusive "Master Class of 1999" by Personal Investor magazine for his financial planning knowledge
and skill. With the growth of interest in all varieties of investment
over the last decade and the multitude of inquiries from readers
seeking referrals to good advisers, Personal Investor decided to
invite Australia's 1,550 CFP's (Certified Financial Planners) to
compete in an Internet based exam compiled by academics and industry
leaders, to find the most competent advisers in the land. Barry's
score qualified him amongst the Top 50 Financial Planners across
Australia and he was subsequently awarded membership to the cream
of this country's Financial Planning fraternity.
Financial Planner of the Year 1998 –
Kevin Bailey
In December 1998, Kevin Bailey was presented the National Industry
Award: "The Financial Planner of the Year”. This is the
most prestigious industry award that can be bestowed upon a Financial
Planner, which aims to recognise individuals who seek professionalism
and excellence in the operation of their practice.

In 1997 Kevin Bailey was also selected as the Premier Adviser of
the Year, an award independently judged by Professor Tom Smith of
the Australian Graduate School of Management in Sydney, and sponsored
by Rothschild Australia Asset Management Ltd. The award was for
the “recognition of leadership in the financial planning industry,
managing operations with efficiency, integrity and vision, and particularly
in adding value to clients.”
